Under the impetus of the policy to reinvigorate the equipment manufacturing industry, the new wall materials mechanical equipment manufacturing industry in china has made great progress and its development trend is good and it has been basically achieved whole line engineering of the new wall materials mechanical manufacturing equipment. A full set of the new wall materials mechanical manufacturing equipment which has a series of characteristics of higher-tech, better effect of recycling the waste, notable effect of saving energy sources and owning intellectual-property rights has been researched and developed. But, burst faults of equipment have taken place frequently, equipment have low reliability, use and maintenance system of equipment have not been completed and those caused the high maintenance costs, reduced the enterprise’s productivity and competitiveness and impeded industrial upgrading of the new wall materials. Therefore, how to improve the reliability and maintainability of the new wall materials manufacturing equipment has become a new subject for the new wall materials mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper aimed at manage requirements of a certain new wall materials mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprise and combined with research status of equipment fault modeling and analysis at home and abroad and studied one important customer of the enterprise’s typical equipment of the new wall materials. Equipment fault model based on fault tree analysis was built and both qualitative and quantitative analyses were employed to analyze the equipment fault model. After analyzing the reliability and maintainability of the new wall materials whole line, strategies to improve availability of the new wall materials whole line were proposed. At last, with Visual Studio2012, SQL Server2008,.Net Framework4.0, C#as development language and Silverlight technology, a management system which used to manage equipment and analyze and decide equipment was developed. The system was used for instructing and assisting daily management, preventative maintenance and analysis and decision of equipment. It has been running in the enterprise and achieved the expect effect.
