In recent years,with the development of the computer field,the engineering field has also made great strides in the direction of "digital transformation".The design efficiency of mechanical products requires continuous improvement in the context of the rapid development of economic construction.In order to help the rapid design and development of mechanical product parts,how to serialize parts,solidify the design process and change design parameters has become one of the important methods to solve this problem.As one of the important parts that play a steering role in the road roller,the cross-axis weldment often needs to modify the structure to meet the needs of different workplaces.The current design process is mainly that the designer calls the model from the database or model library to modify or rebuild.This process is mainly carried out manually through the 3D modeling software,and it is difficult to easily achieve the parts product model and engineering drawing.Therefore,it is difficult to improve the design efficiency.Therefore,3D CAD secondary development technology and parametric design method are introduced to realize the rapid reconstruction of parts to engineering drawings,which can greatly improve the design efficiency.In view of the above requirements,this paper takes the design of the cross shaft weldment of the road roller as the object,based on the powerful secondary development interface and parametric design tools,and jointly develops the 3D modeling software with the programming software,and studies the key of the parametric design system.technology and implementation method,and combined with visualization technology,a parametric design system for singledrum cross-axis welding parts was established.The main work of this paper includes:(1)First,according to the design requirements of the cross-axis weldment,the structure of this part is analyzed,and the variable parameters are selected.The intermediate variable is used to associate the dimension variable representing the feature,and the rapid reconstruction and modification of the model can be realized through the numerical change of the intermediate variable,thereby realizing the parameterization and informatization of the product model.(2)Then use the parametric design tools and modern design methods to realize the parametric design of the three-dimensional model of the cross-axis weldment and the template of the engineering drawing.The parametric model and engineering drawing template are established in the modeling software,and the parameter-driven relationship is established according to the assembly relationship of the components,so as to prepare for the establishment of the parametric design sy stem.(3)Next,establish a parametric design system.The Creo 6.0 software was re-developed by using the MFC visualization technology supported by the VS 2015 programming software and the Toolkit secondary development toolkit,and a parametric design system and custom expansion modules that could adapt to the cross-axis welding parts of single-drum road rollers were established,allowing Designers can design products more intuitively and conveniently.The parametric design system can quickly realize the one-click drawing process from 3D model to engineering drawing.(4)Finally,combined with the actual use of the force,the use of Ansys/workbench finite element software to carry out static analysis and modal analysis of the cross-axis weldment model.The results show that the cross-axis welded parts meet the requirements of strength and deformation during use,and will not produce resonance.
