| Water is the foundation of natural resources and strategic economic resources, their sustainable use is to protect the important economic and social sustainable development. Meanwhile, people have always been putting attention on the direct use value and market value of water resources, but little on its ecological value. With the increase of population as well as the economic and social development,human’s demands for water resources are increasing, and such a phenomenon has broken the original balance relationship among water resources, the ecological system, and society. Therefore, the study and construct models of urban water recycling water resources rational use of urban areas, forming a virtuous circle of water resources, sewage urban areas to achieve "zero discharge" and the sustainable development of water resources has a certain theoretical and practical significance.With the sustainable development theory as the basic theory, this thesis will do research on measures of how to maintain sustainable utilization of water resources. The content mainly includes:Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, the characteristics of water resources as well as the relevant theory of the sustainable utilization of water resources. And the core theories are analyzed systematically such as:theory of water resources sustainable utilization, sustainable utilization of water resources theory of justice and the ecological value theory of sustainable utilization of water resources. Secondly, the author introduces the research findings of water resources to help promote the Chi Feng’s sustainable utilization of water resources. Thirdly, the total amount of water resources and socioeconomic conditions of the Chi Feng’water resources are analyzed and restrict elements of utilization are further analyzed. Fourthly, according to the Chi Feng water resources’characteristics and present water resources question, the paper proposed the countermeasure on sustainable utilization of water resources. |
