With the development of society, people’s requirements on environment comfort has further improved. As the improvement of materials’optimize value, the technology of semiconductor refrigerate has developed greatly and is widely used in civil and military field.This article start with Peltier effect, Joule effect to semiconductor cooling system. The working range of the semiconductor refrigeration was determined on the basis of previous experience. Mathematical formulas under two limiting conditions in semiconductor cooling process are presented. The various factors affecting the semiconductor refrigeration system are summarized and the steady-state thermodynamic model is established.As the temperature of hot and cold ends of the semiconductor refrigeration is relatively difficult to measured, so the study of semiconductor refrigeration systems use the medium temperature of hot and cold side instead of hot and cold side temperature. Firstly, the influence of optimize value, temperature differences between hot and cold side, thermal resistance of hot and cold side in two extreme conditions of steady state thermal model to the semiconductor refrigeration systems is analyzed. The various factors on the semiconductor refrigeration graph is determined. The various factors on the semiconductor refrigeration and the relations between them is directly reflected by the figure. Secondly, the steady-state heat transfer characteristics is raised under the thermodynamic model simulation results. Model is established by ANSYS software, the various factors on the impact of semiconductor cooling system are simulated and the temperature changes in a small scope of space is determined. The various factors on the impact of semiconductor refrigeration are summarized and optimizations are raised.Study showed that semiconductor cooling performance could be affected by a number of factors working together. In practical applications, values of the various factors under different conditions are different. By studying the various factors on the impact of semiconductor refrigeration, using ANSYS software to simulate semiconductor cooling temperature changes in space, technical support to the development of semiconductor systems is provided.
