Statistical data of building energy saving is regarded as an important work of building energy conservation in each region. Accuracy; timeliness; systematic and comprehensive are the most basic requirements of the saving statistics, among these, the accuracy is the leading. The quality of data amount of energy saving is the key condition of a rational allocation of energy efficiency, and uncertainty is an important index for evaluating the data quality.The paper introduces the basic method of calculating energy saving, analyzes various factors, which can impact the data quality and the uncertainty of the energy saving data.The basic process of analyzing data quality and the uncertainty of the energy saving is also stated.The quality of the energy saving of statistical data is analyzed with logic relationship test in this paper. The balance temperature is determined through the research to outdoor temperature when the air conditioning is working, and the CDD is based on this benchmark. The uncertainty of energy saving is calculated with the CDD.Finally, based on practical engineering project, the paper discusses the selection of relevant temperatures, the relationship between Building energy consumption and the CDD, the quality of the energy saving data, and the calculation of the uncertainty of energy saving.
