| Belt conveyor’s safe performance and operation is of great importance to production going on wheels. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of belt conveyor production, need to join the various control strategies. Development of a possible close to the actual experimental platform is imminent.But the direct use of actual complex control system to do experiments will have the adverse effect to the actual system. The complex system modeling and simulation technology to establish industrial controller combined with the controller, built in the simulation experiment system of ring, it can reflect the actual performance of the system.For the simulation experiment system of belt conveyor to design, the controller in the loop technique is used. Do the following:According to the control of belt conveyor, the controller in the loop with the overall scheme of conveyor designes simulation experiment system, mainly by the real-time simulation model, controller, monitoring system and the communication of four parts.Belt conveyor system simulation model is in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, based on the mathematical model of conveying mechanical model of belt and the drive motor of the belt conveyor. In order to facilitate the user to change the parameters of the simulation model, the GUI graphical user interface is designed.The controller adopts Siemens PLC300, and the STEP7software programs belt conveyor simulation platform to start and stop, and provides the interface and related data for the subsequent design of various control. Monitoring system uses WINCC configuration software to realize the monitoring interface, users can show the fault simulation curve, real-time data and system.Debug controller in belt conveyor system simulation loop and verify the function of the system. The design of the belt conveyor simulation experimental platform can provide the experimental conditions for the design and performance test of the follow-up control strategy. |
