Education is the foundation of everything. School’s development is the epitome ofsociety. In recent ten years, as compulsory education and higher education graduallypopularized in our country, common high school education get rapidly developed,which leads super-scale high schools became large-scale, giant and collectivized, andsprung up anywhere. Many of them can not satisfy people’s needs for high qualityeducation resource sharing, and not to mention the basic education requirements forfuture society development. On the other hand, due to large population and less landrelatively, the land problem which caused by society economy developing rapidlybecame especially prominent, and a large portion of land was very unreasonable inactual use.Although provincial plan standards for local high school show up in many regionin our country, there is still no theoretical research for super-scale high school in ourcountry until now, which concerned the relation of school scale of land use, schoolbuildings’ area of structure and school building spaces constitute mode under savingland use. There is no relative index for school building land in city ordinary elementaryand middle schools building construction standard (Building Code [2002] No.102).Meanwhile, relative rules about school buildings’ plot ratio were abolished in latestelementary and middle schools building design standard, instead of school’s comparablevolume rate. And it can be rarely finding out that discuss about building space structuremode for super-scale high school planning. With a view to background of society’sdevelopment, through analyzing successful experience on first-class super-scale highschool in our country, than do researching and analyzing high schools’ land use andschool building’s floor-space index in current situation through investigation andcalculation to discuss how to adopt reasonable school building space structure mode toattain the goal that land saving and reasonable using, and provide direction for landsaving aimed super-scale high schools’ planning henceforth.Aiming at main research contents in this thesis, two primary methods----activeland saving method and passive land saving method for land saving in super-scale highschool were surpposed. The active and passive mentioned here are relative, there is noabsolute active or passive land saving method. Active land saving method is that underconstant circumstance of land use scale and condition, based on school building spacestructure, discussing what kind of building space structure mode to adopt to saving land.Passive land saving method is based on relative standard, first, through overall calculation for schools’ buildings floor area index (including basic index and planningindex in stage construction school) and one by one calculation for primary schoolbuilding’s floor area index and existence or planning school building’s floor area indexand floor space index to obtain school comparable plot ratios in different situation.Second, assuming that reference plot ratio equals to comparable plot ratio which isschool existence or planning building floor area divided by comparable total used landarea index, than using school building floor area calculated by standard to deduce backthe corresponding floor space index in standard. At last, compared obtained school floorspace index and existence or planning floor space index to get relative reference indexof super-scale high school land use scale under given reference plot ratio.This project is focus on land saving for super-scale high school considering futuredevelop trend. The author hopes to produce positive effect for building space structuremode of super-scale high school through this thesis’s research.
