Evaluation And Development Path Research Of Xian Yang Urban-Rural Integration

Urban and rural areas are two inseparably components of society,The urban-rural relations is a direct impact on China’s economic and social development,and the impact of reform and stability.China’s increasingly prominent urban-rural dual structure has impediment to sustained,balanced and rapid development of social and economic.Therefore,how to adjust the urban-rural relations,eliminate the urban-rural dual structure,forward the process of urbanization has become a very long period of time development priorities in present and future. However,due to the impact of regional conditions,the path of practice and exploration,policies and systems and other factors,there is a huge difference over the integration of urban and rural development level,so how judge stage characteristics on the basis of clear integration of urban and rural development and thus proposed targeted development path is particularly necessary.Xian yang,which located in the central of Guan zhong Plain in Shan xi Province is core city of xi’an-xian yang metropolitan area and Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.Shouldering the important strategic mission,how to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has become the focus of attention, but the dual structure of urban and rural development is increasingly apparent,so,there is Urgent need to balance urban and rural development.Based on the previous existing theory and practice of research,clear connotation of urban-rural integration;the central city development Rally,Rally mechanism of the small towns and the development of township enterprises and rural urbanization,the urban-rural divide urban and rural areas are the disinterested thrust mechanism.pointing out our problems in the integration of urban and rural practice. On this basis,applying logic analysis and mathematical analysis,Identified15indicators from the two aspects of the degree of urban and rural development differences to build the evaluation model of urban-rural integration,using AHP to determine the index weight and evaluating the integration of urban and rural development of Xian yang2006-2010with urban-rural integration evaluation model.Also selected2010for the present year,choosing Chengdu and Suzhou City-two typical city conducted a comparative study,On this basis,summed up the characteristics of Xian yang City at the stages of development,combined the future trends of Xian yang city,proposed to promote the integration of urban and rural development and development path.
