With the advancement of science and technology and the needs of the militarystrategic, the rate of replacement of the equipment can be rapidly implemented. New typesof complex machinery and equipment have been fitted out and arranged forces, the demandfor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is increasingly high. Because of itssimple and effective, practical, oil analysis as the important means of the tribologicalsystem monitoring, fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance, is widely used in thelubrication system wear monitoring and oil analysis of equipment. However, theories andmethods applied to the core of the monitoring system data feature extraction in practice arenot precise enough, over-reliance on experts in diagnosis, inevitably leading to diagnosticresults are not precise, poor pertinence, insufficient universality, hindering the promotionof oil monitoring technology. Therefore, the paper combined with oil monitoring data andthe wear characteristics of special vehicles, proposes a complete set of analysis andprocessing of oil monitoring information technology, raises monitoring ability of oilmonitoring information and accuracy of fault diagnosis.The paper makes the full life cycle of oil monitoring sampling data of a certain type ofspecial vehicles as object of study in a period of half a year. According to the testing dataand the wear characteristics of special vehiclesthe, it builds the multidimensional faultevaluation index system by the relative degree of the poor mathematical model andgradient mathematical model, laying the foundation for the comprehensive judgment ofspecialty vehicles running state. Because the parameters of system dimension established isrelatively high, it is difficult to establish and operate for the latter part of the evaluationmodel, it is dimensionality reduction preprocessing based on factor analysis theory ofhigh-dimensional parameter system, both reduce the number of dimensions of theparameters and without losing the original data information. It analyses wear state ofintegrated transmission according to the common factor, combined the vehicle mechanicalstructures and fault feature naming common factor.In order to further comprehensive evaluation of the operational status of the specialvehicles, the paper uses the fuzzy set theory to make comprehensive estimation for thevehicle wear and tear. This method is not only able to quantitatively consider each state indicate the change of parameters, but also combined with the limit values given integratedand comprehensive evaluation equipment wear state, provides a theoretical basis forcondition-based maintenance, preventive maintenance of equipment,and overcomes thetraditional single lack of assessment and evaluation of subjective factors, provides atheoretical basis for forecasting and smart determining reliability and fault diagnosis of thewear and tear of the vehicle.
