Research On The Evaluation Index System And Design Strategy Of Green Buildings In Traditional Dong Dwellings In Southeastern Guizhou Under The Forest Environment

In recent years,China’s construction industry has been developing rapidly.In the process of promoting urban-rural integration,the performance of rural dwellings has been increasingly improved to meet the needs of rural residents to improve their comfort level with the change of The Times.And green building has become an important topic to balance economic development and environmental impact.Due to the regional characteristics of various types of current green building evaluation systems,in practice,it is impossible to achieve a set of standards that can be used in all regions.The unique forest ecological environment,traditional culture and primitive life style of Qiandongnan Dong people form a unique green and livable system.Based on the qualitative analysis combined with quantitative research methods,first of all,based on the development of green building,dong village forest environment and the province and dong traditional local-style dwelling houses of humane environment factors,the analysis points out that the existing standards in the climate,topography,ecological environment and regional culture in the province of dong the limitations of traditional residence application;By using related instruments to measure the temperature,humidity and other factors of the local dwellings,combined with the limitations of the existing standards,the important factors of regional green building were extracted.Secondly,Delphi method and AHP method were used to combine the subjective and objective weighting method of the obtained factors to calculate and determine the weight of each index in the green building evaluation index system of Qiandongnan Dong traditional residential buildings.The green building evaluation of Qiandongnan Dong traditional residential buildings was carried out according to the importance degree of the factors.To construct a green building evaluation index system that is resource-saving,livable and culturally adaptive to the region with national characteristics;Finally,the representative Dong traditional residential houses were selected as the test object,and the principle of respecting Dong traditional culture was given.The passive design method of climate was used to optimize the design of the residential houses from aspects of plane space,facade form and structural materials.The energy consumption simulation software Design Builder and Ecotect were used to simulate and verify the improved residential buildings after optimization.According to the evaluation index of green building,the optimal design strategy of green building of Dong nationality in southeast Guizhou is summarized,and the research results are applied to the transformation and construction of green building of residential houses in southeast Guizhou and even southwest China.This paper hopes to promote the healthy,green and high-speed development of local village buildings through the research on the Evaluation Index System of Green Building of Traditional Houses of Qiandongnan Dong in Forest Environment and the regional characteristics of Qiandongnan Dong area.And it is applied to the construction of green building evaluation standard and the transformation and design of green building.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)through the existing standards and the limits of the province of dong traditional dwellings measured physical environment,combined with the 2019 national version of the green building evaluation standard to renew traditional local-style dwelling houses of index system,construct the province dong indicators: the resource economizing,livable environment and ethnic culture,more specific include:The first-level index "national characteristic culture" is added,and the third-level index of livable environment in the first-level index increases the application of plants in the landscape and indoor and outdoor buildings.In adhering to the people-oriented theme,can reflect the new indicators are combined with the local regional environment construction,reflect the region.(2)At the optimization level of residential design,based on the newly constructed evaluation index system,the residential model formed enables residential buildings to give consideration to the evaluation contents of resource saving,livable environment and national characteristic culture,showing good environmental friendliness.(3)The thermal environment performance of dwellings was compared and analyzed with software,and the optimized performance of dwellings was in line with the Green Building Evaluation Index System of Dong Dwellings in Qiandongnan Region,which also proved that the proposed Landmarking has a certain guiding role in promoting and optimizing the design strategy of Dong dwellings in Qiandongnan Region.
