With the development of high grade highway network in China and a large number ofkey hub station was put into operation, the Department in charge of transportation has beenthe development of Drop-and-Pull transport into the major lift transportation strategy and topromote. Road Drop-and-Pull transport has been able to become prevailing in today’s world,advanced transportation organization mode, compared with the traditional sense of the fixedhanging transport logistics, has low unit cost, high efficiency, fast turnover and energy-savingemission reduction and other significant advantages.This article is mainly based on the Su Automobile Logistics Group carry out the status ofthe Drop-and-Pull transport improvement program, suggested Su Automobile Logistics Groupto carry out regional network Drop-and-Pull transport, and puts forward the concrete design.Based on the requirement analysis and freight volume forecasting of design scheme, in thispaper, according to the regional network Drop-and-Pull transport operations and plans weredesigned in detail, and plans within the pre-estimate of the funds invested, at the same timethe fund raising suggestions. Finally, the design scheme of the economic benefit and socialbenefit are analyzed.This paper puts forward the regional network based on "dry port" Drop-and-Pulltransport mode, this model has better basic conditions, organizational scheme is feasible, theenergy saving effect is remarkable. Especially through the gathering functions of “dry port”,on the basis of the container source, capacity resources to effectively integrate, By creatingregional dual transport container, not only can greatly improve the overall operationalefficiency and better able to bring great energy saving benefits.
