Research On Related Techniques Of Power System Safety And Stability Control Device Based On Digital Substation And Its Achievement

As one of important decices in power system protection second line, Power systemsafety and stability control device (PSSSCD) plays a very important part in safeguardingthe operation stability of the power system. Recently, many blackouts at home and abroadshow the vulnerability of the power system,and it is needed that perfecting and improvingthe original control ways, to achieve the global stable control of power system. As the nextgeneration power grid, Smart grid will bring big changes to the power system development.As a important technology, the IEC61850standard will influence the development of thepower system automation profoundly. Based on the IEC61850standard，application anddevelopment of new PSSSCD has big significance. According to IEC61850standard, thisthesis carries on research to the important problem of new PSSSCD, to giveimplementation method and the solutions of new PSSSCD.Begins with an overview of the meaning and purpose of this study.Then analyze theinfluence of intelligent substation on PSSSCD and the key technologies that need to beaddressed to PSSSCD. Summarizes the research status at home and abroad. Asked thecontent and focus of this research. To establish IEC61850model of PSSSCD, first analyzesthe function of PSSSCD,then in accordance with the functions to create some logical nodesfollowed by secure data classification, last according data modeling methods of IEC61850standard, various functional logic nodes are combinded.Analyze the transition program ofthe early PSSSCD under intelligent substation followed by system architecture of PSSSCD,Finally ensure the design program of the Sampling interface of PSSSCD by hardwaredemonstration program and software platform assessment.the final control device identifiedthrough the assessment of the demonstration program of the hardware and softwareplatform, Finally,the sampling interface of PSSSCD was designed both from the Linuxoperating system and operating system design process.
