The Research On The Business School Building

Business school education is a new kind of professional training education mode.This education mode is essentially different with the contemporary university education.But the development of the business school has been imprisoned in a university campus.Whether the university campus reconstruction, expansion of teaching building or rentsome office buildings in city construction, these spaces are unable to meet the dailymanagement and the normal teaching requirements of the business school. This is acontradiction between the education and the architecture of business school.The outstanding architectural support for good education, and good educationcould cultivate the excellent business manager.Recent years, the development ofbusiness school bound out of the university campus has become an inevitable trend.Before the tide of business school constructing, this thesis hopes to study thearchitecture design of business school and the thinking of actual project, make sure theelements of the business school building designing, and specify the design content ofbusiness school building.This thesis summarize the special mode of day-to-day management and educationthrough the research on education literature,and to explore the special requirements forarchitectural space caused by the particularity. Based on this point, investigate andsurvey the present situation and the problems in using of several business schoolbuilding in our country. Analysis,summary,and then,focuses on some important parts of business school building such as the function of the building,teaching space,communication space.At the same time,the thesis maks a in-depth research on thespecial architectural culture under the special design requirment of business schooleducation. Based on the above research,the thesis combined with the specific designrequirements of Xi’an Branch of Guanghua Management School of PekingUniversity,expound the general situation, the design concept and its production processof the project.Finally,the thesis thinks on the future development direction of businessschool building design through the design process of the actual project.
