With China’s rapid economic development and modernization process accelerated,with people’s lives, while residential construction has made great strides. Rural economicleap, making the village life as the basic carrier of the houses, the villagers produce lifestylechanges, new construction technologies, modern architecture, and many other factors,cultural transmission under the impact of their residence patterns can not be avoided into thetraditional to the modern period of transition. In this transformation process, the traditionaland the modern, form and function, technology and economic contradictions alwaysplagued the construction of the modern town houses, how to coordinate the relationshipbetween the various elements, so that rural dwellings sustainable development, become anurgent issue.In this paper, I use Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province Xunyi Site as an example, usingaccess to information, field research, in-depth analysis of research methods, the use ofemerging green building humanistic philosophy, and combine ecology, sociology,economics and other disciplines related theory, through right off the traditional housessettlement space, architectural form and construction techniques for analysis, profilingGuanzhong traditional Houses ecological thinking, eco-technology, combined with modernbuilding technology, to extract the Guanzhong traditional houses that meet green buildinghumanism technology prototype, the "translation" method. Trying to discover a suitabledevelopment in Guanzhong Village Houses ecological principles and strategies. And hopefor a similar town houses designed to provide some reference value.
