At present, China’s national strength during the rapid rise, interval and closercommunication links, the original transport infrastructure such as roads and Bridges havecan’t satisfy the demand for large-scale traffic, greatly restricted the economic exchangesand cooperation between regional development, and therefore an urgent need to improve.No doubt is the key of the transportation engineering bridge construction, and in the bridgeengineering, Segment girder is very important project and its not only shoulder the task ofbridge, directly determines the quality of bridge, at the same time the project manufacturingand transportation costs in the bridge engineering as a proportion of the total cost is huge.Therefore, in addition to the Segment girder technology research, the basis of the productionand shipping plan decision-making is becoming more and more cause the attention of manyconstruction units.Paper through on-the-spot investigation, data collection, analysis of the bridge hasbeen built, under construction in recent years the typical engineering Segment girder projectexperience type way of production-delivery problems, as well as restricting factorsaffecting cost control, on the basis of constructing evaluation index system, and thusestablished a Segment girder production and transportation scheme decision-makinghierarchy model, secondly, in order to overcome the limitation of the evaluation of eachindex weight determining method, combination of static and dynamic empowerment, isproposed based on improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight methodof Segment girder scheme analysis method. At the same time by using the concept of"entropy", as determined by the AHP method to the initial evaluation index weightadjustment, strengthened the evaluation of the rationality and scientific nature. Finally, theintroduction of specific cases, and then comprehensive index weight by using analytichierarchy process (AHP) criterion layer, for the actual data to calculate the entropy and theentropy value, reusing ESI different scheme of composite index method, integrated schemeof each sort, then analyzing the experimental results.Research in this case the analysis results show that the built Bridges, scheme3(internal subcontract production after transportation) and scheme2(enterprise internalproduction and then by the internal transport) composite index was0.6986and0.6986,respectively, of all the schemes sorting, and scheme1(internal on-site production Segmentgirder) composite index is0.4140, ranking sixth, unfavorable use. Method proposed in thispaper through the analysis of quantitative, objective and credible results, for the construction unit to formulate correct, reasonable and highly effective production efficiencySegment girder project plan provides the important reference.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1) for the first time, the fuzzy evaluation methodfor precast Segment girder scheme decision analysis;(2) for package and transportation costof all kinds of production factors, made a comprehensive and detailed classification,provides reference for the future of this type of research.
