Research On Landscape Design Of Affordable Housing District

In the last few years, with the construction system of affordable housing in Chinagradually improved and the construction of a large number of affordable housing district ofthe city, the majority of low-income groups have had the basic guarantee forresidence.However,the environmental side of living is not enforced very well especially theenvironment of outdoor.The environment of outdoor can not meet the residents’ needs fortheir outdoor activities in most aspects, so that the quality of their life will rebate greatly.At the present stage, the stage for the study of residential landscape design of affordablehousing is still very limited, it can’t provide systematic theory of the landscape design forraping development of the construction of affordable housing. Therefore, it is very worthyto explorate that how to design a truly suitable community environment for affordablehousing area residents.The aim of the research about the landscape of the affordable housing district is toprovide advices for designers in the future to design the real needs livable homes which isconomical and practical for low-income groups, and improve their quality of life.Through analysing the characteristics of affordable housing, this thesis raise some ofthe thinking and summary of it’s landscape design. Regardless of the location, capital andland protection of housing area, or in the characteristics of residents and their landscapeneeds, the thesis made a preliminary judgment of the connection with the landscape design.Then, the thesis carried on a on-the-spot investigation to three representative affordablehousing(Heng li yuan residential quarters、An yuan residential quarters、Jian hua residentialquarters) of Shijiazhuang. That provides a number of real and reliable data for the study oflandscape design of affordable housing district, and that is the effective basis fortheoretical analysis. The thesis described landscape design for the affordable housingdistrict in detail from the aspects of people-oriented and economy, and discussed them indetail on road function space design, greening and parking system design of affordablehousing district.Next, puting forward some opinions on building outdoor environmentfrom the aspects of residential landscape design with architectural design andproperty management. Finally, through the landscape design of Sun Jia Zhuang affordablehousing district A-01systematically and comprehensively. Apply the theory to the practice,reflecting the security theories and principles of landscape design of the affordable housingdistrict in each detail design.
