Affordable Housing Ecological Landscape Design Research

Affordable housing is invested by government. It is the biggest factors affecting the construction of affordable housing landscape that a shortage of funds and the large population density. As a special case of the residential area, the affordable housing residential area is an part of the residential landscape. With the development of urban economy, the residents in the affordable housing have no longer meet the requirement for the quality of interior construction, also puts forward the requirements about the quality of the outdoor landscape.In this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature and examples, combining with field investigation and research of Dalian area, I can discover the actual problems of affordable housing landscape, combining with the characteristics of affordable housing and summarizes four principles. It is discussed the method of ecological landscape construction of affordable housing in detail, such like Scientific landscape planning, ecological pavement application, plant landscape ecological configuration, landscape sketch of the reasonable configuration and the configuration of ecological infrastructure.And applies these methods to the actual project. The implementation effect and the key to success of Foreign residential ecological landscape that can direct suitable for ecological landscape construction situation of affordable housing in our country experience, which let people really into the environment and enjoy the nature.
