The project of Meijiang plaza in Meijiangwan in Tianjin, with an area of73012.17square meters and an underground area of14971.16square meters, is located in the south ofLijiang Road in Meijiang residence zone in Hexi district. The ground floor are garages andplaces for facilities, and the other three high-rise overgroud are all small family houses.This article is written to state the work of engineering supervision in terms ofSupervision behavior. Firstly it introduces the industrial characteristics in terms of theexistence, development and effects of supervisor. It gives a brief statement on the standardsand requirements of chief inspector and supervisor. Secondly, the description is based on thecontents needs to be concerned from the bidding period to construction supervision period. Itintroduces the contents of implementation of the main task. Thirdly, it focuses on theproblems and countermeasures in the implementation of engineering project supervisionwork, including quality control, security control, schedule control, cost control, contractmanagement, information management and coordination work, etc. Finally, it gives my ownopinions on the effects and development of Supervision behavior based on my experience.I suppose the existence and development of supervision industry are very necessary,because it reflects the determination and forces of our country towards the qualitysupervision and management. Besides, under the engineering construction, Supervisionbehavior plays a role of lubricant and it makes the best of site resources. However, in thefierce competition, supervisors should evaluate themselves properly, which can find a betterchance of development under the unsound market system. Meanwhile, I think the ChiefSupervisory Engineer is an important character who can show his capability through theprocess of construction.As supervision enterprises, they should train more young chief inspectors, because ayoung chief inspector could also reflect the competitiveness between the supervisionenterprises. Keeping pace with the times requires continuous innovation and the adaption ofthe society and market. While, seeking truth from facts requires the supervisors to workwith the attitudes of equity,justice and science. Chief Supervisory Engineers should make itclear that they take on the responsibilities for engineering construction and enterprisedevelopment. Being stricter with themselves, they can save the enterprises from eliminationof the market and industry, and pour more resources and vitality into the enterprises. In conclusion, the engineering supervision work needs a experienced and a skilledChief Supervisory Engineer, who will constantly improve his professional skill managementability and individual comprehensive quality to apply theory to practice.
