The real estate market competitiveness of enterprises is mainly relfected in the projectmanagement eiffciency, speciifc performance lies in the project schedule, quality and cost.According to the present situation of real estate development, analysis of the real estate generalproject management the key and diiffcult points, proposed method, dynamic cost control in eachstage of development projects to strengthen measures, the whole process control as the key pointof view. Through the dynamic control in different stages of real estate development enterprisecost management, reduce the project cost and ensure the quality of the project so as to enhancethe core compeititveness of enetrprises engaged in real estaet development.Based on the Zhuhai real estate development "Gree Gree coast" S3block project as the mainresearch object, using the current real estate project management of construction site managementand control theory, combined with their own engaged in the real estate project managementexperience and expeirence, rfom the two aspects of the real estate project on-site constructionmanagement and control process were discussed for the construction management theory of realreal estate projects. Based on the descirption and analysis of the project management situation ofZhuhai Gree estate, summed up the project construction management experience, somecountermeasures are put forward in the course of construction management problems.
