Analysis And Control On Cost Of Quality During The Construction Of High-speed Rail Project

There is no doubt that high-speed railway plays an important role on the national economy,Its construction quality will also have an important impact.With the slowdown in economic growth,to count for a little profit in such a difficult market,project construction enterprises must know how to effectively reduce the project costs and ensure quality at the same time.So enforcing the control of cost of quality become the urgent needs.To further enhance the control level of cost of quality in our country’s high-speed railway construction,this paper analyzes the matters of quality in every stage of high-speed railway project construction which developed rapidly.First of all,basing on high-railway construction processes analyzes by theories and literature,Combining the paper with the present situation of high-speed railway construction,it explains researching significance about the process of project construction quality cost.Secondly,the related analysis and control concept about cost of quality in high-speed railway are described.The traits and methods of the high-railway projects are introduced,then the need for high-railway in our country is expounded.In addition,X high-speed railway project is settled as an example to analyze the cause of cost of quality in different stages,and to take different ways to control these matters.In preparation,taking target-quality way analysis the cost of quality problem which caused by unfeasible set the project,and using the prediction method controls those matters.In the operational phase,the main work is inspecting the criteria of the constructionmaterials and make sure quality of those completed work.Combining the 5S and earned value analyze the progress on cost control.In the acceptance stage,mainly cost is caused by certain degree of project failure rate,using ABC to find the factors worked on the loss of X high-speed railway project and taking feasible way to control it.Again,evaluation the entirely management effect in overall perspective.Finally,drawing the conclusion and making recommendations and comments on our country’s high-speed railway project.In this paper, the theoretical research combined with case study,not only improve means and evaluation methods to cost of quality in our country’s high-speed railway,but also master the real situation of cost of quality in out country’s high-speed railway,which has more signification in cost of quality guidance. Further the various stages of quality of cost management in high-speed railway projection continue to show the increasing effectiveness to the social.
