Facing a draining of traditional energy sources and the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment, the countries all over the world have launched a development and utilization of new energy, and solar energy as a clean and pollution-free renewable energy, has received widespread attention. In rational utilization of the related study of solar energy, solar off-grid power generation is one of theoretical significance and use value of the method. Because the number of independent photovoltaic inverter are an integral part of the whole power system, so its hardware circuit and relevant research and design of intelligent monitoring software has become a hotspot in the field of independent photovoltaic power generation.In order to ensure the safety, stability and reliable operation inverter, this design is put forward based on the touch screen in real-time monitoring the implementation of the5kw stand-alone pv inverter. Hardware and software of the design of inverter control system are detailed introduced, hardware introduces photovoltaic array, a photovoltaic cell, the basic principle of MPPT and inverter; Software is the software design of inverter and realization of inverter in real time using the touch screen monitor software design are introduced.This design with DSP as control core inverter, with industry standard MODBUS agreement RS485communication with touch screen, the touch screen real-time monitor the working state of the inverter and the working status of inverter in real time control functions, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of inverter and the safety of the system.
