4Movie Database Library Construction Project Schedule Management Research

China film archive is Asia’s largest international influence is also China’s only film archive, xi’an movie database and China film archive subordinates the only unit of storage film material. Library of xi’an film storage warehouse4to planning and construction is not only to meet the requirements of process design and confidentiality, project can be completed on schedule, whether the project quality standards are to the image and status of the China film archive in the world.However, the problems existing in the construction enterprises in construction affect the smooth progress of the library project4, for example, the construction unit personnel management consciousness, backward by experience that the construction period, the management system is not sound, lack of professional project progress control, etc., these factors if we did not improve, not only affect the project time limit for a project also increases the project cost at the same time, virtually also is a waste of government investment.In view of this, in this paper, starting from the theory and practice of project management, project planning and scheduling management theory on4library construction project schedule management process study, firstly analyzes the progress of the projects implementation,4the difficulties and characteristics of the engineering analysis, finds out the reasons, influence the progress of the project schedule is compiled using the critical path method, draw a project network diagram, the time limit for a project was optimized at the same time analyzed the cause of project delay, find out effective measures to control the progress to ensure the smooth implementation of the library project4.For the government investment projects, based on the cost in the shortest possible time to a minimum, the library project schedule control4expectations of China film archive late upgrading project management to make a little contribution.
