Research On Schedule Management Of An Electrical System Reform Project In Company A

Project management focuses on three aspects,including cost control,quality assurance and progress management.Among them,the quality of schedule management is the key to the success of the project.Therefore,the requirements for project schedule management are becoming more and more stringent.How to achieve project schedule management in place has become adifficult problem that most enterprises want to overcome.Reasonable use of project schedule management methods,to do a good job in the process of project schedule management control seems simple,but the application of many projects in Company A cannot achieve the desired results.This paper chooses an electrical system renovation project of Company A to study.The project has more work content and tense time limit.If we do not use advanced project schedule management methods,it will easily lead to inappropriate work cohesion,resulting in poor quality or delay.Through the research of this project,we can practice the executability of Company A’s project schedule management system,in order to lay a good foundation for the smooth development of other projects in the future,and also put forward optimization suggestions for Company A’s project schedule management in the future.This paper combines the theory of project schedule management with the actual project schedule,builds a model through the commonly used method of project schedule management,fully excavates the problems in the process of project schedule management,and constantly optimizes and adjusts the project schedule according to the actual operation of the project.In this project schedule management practice,the project is not only completed smoothly within the original tight schedule,but also within the time limit.Twenty-five days ahead of schedule.The purpose of this paper is to improve the project schedule management level of Company A,guarantee and shorten the project duration,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions and measures for more similar projects.
