Integrated substation automation technology is developed with the development of control engineering, computer technology and network communication technology. It is a collection of control, protection, measurement and control system with microcomputer for the integration of control system, with features of high reliability, safe operation, strong anti-interference ability, easy maintenance etc.. With the development of science and technology, automation technology is widely used in the industrial production, the guarantee enterprise production supply is stable and reliable. At the same time, also reducing operation and maintenance costs, improve economic efficiency. In this paper, combined with the220kV fertilizer substation reconstruction project risk management of my factory, we will expound how to realize the automation of distribution system, construct the high technical level of enterprises in substation.In this paper, according to the actual situation of production device I plant operation, the power source of fertilizer production--a substation hidden governance reform are discussed. In the design of automation substation fertilizer a variable, a wiring system with miniaturization, simple model as the foundation, to simplify the main terminal to meet the production requirements; equipment selection of reasonable transformer, high reliability of vacuum circuit breaker and the domestic advanced all kinds of electrical equipment; the two system design focuses on the distributed system structure and technical characteristics of RTU560equipment uses the hierarchical structure of substation automation; illustrate the various functions should achieve substation after transformation, the configuration of relay protection and demand calculation type.Finally, the effect on the transformation of power, has the certain reference value to the design and reconstruction of the similar variable.
