The proposing of the concept of cloud manufacturing and the establishment of cloud manufacturing platform, can raise the information level of manufacturing corporations, optimize the communication environment between them, and realize the sharing of resources&services across corporations. On the basis of cloud manufacturing platform, enterprise production management mode will take place great changes, the specific expressions are:(1) the routes that joined corporations get orders diversifies based on the enormous outsourced tasks on the platform;(2) to facilitate the modeling and managing process of project tasks based on the project and task management system on cloud manufacturing platform;(3) to raise the ability of producing and enrich production modes of joined corporations based on the enormous resources&services on the platform;(4) to help joined corporations get information of industries based on the comprehensive analysis and utilization system of information on the platform. The dissertation discusses enterprise production management modes in cloud manufacturing environment, the main contents are introduced below:Chapter I:this chapter mainly introduces the research background and the significance of this dissertation, the status of related technologies from home and abroad, and the main contents and the arrangement of chapters of the dissertation.Chapter II:this chapter introduces traditional enterprise production management mode briefly, and in contrast, introduces the enterprise production process in cloud manufacturing environment, and the detailed design of every module of the process.Chapter III:this chapter mainly discusses the classification and modeling of cloud manufacturing tasks as well as the relations among them, the multi-level and multi-task model of project in cloud manufacturing environment, and gives the description of cloud manufacturing tasks based on formal methods in UML, and explains the function information and constraint information in detail. Chapter Ⅳ:this chapter analyzes three combination methods between tasks and resources&services, and ascertains the according task-execution modes, and explains with an example how to use Analytic Hierarchy Process, expert evaluation model and entropy weight coefficient method to select the optimal service node on the platform.Chapter Ⅴ:this chapter mainly introduces and analyses the statistics of tasks information, resources&services information, trading information, and user information based on the technology of data statistics and geographic position displaying, and gives the application prospect of "Big Data" of the system, thus provides search query and reference function for the corporations on the platform.Chapter VI:this chapter takes SH corporation as an example, introduces the enterprise informatization process based on the platform, mainly explains the procedures of enterprise tasks modeling and the confirming procedure of outsourced tasks, the choosing process of resources&services and tasks execution monitoring.Chapter VII:this chapter summarizes the research works of the dissertation and points out the parts needed to be improved.
