With the rapid development of world shipbuilding technology, the trend of building large-scale, high-speed and modern ship is more and more obvious. According to the statistics done by related organizations, it is estimated that80%of the marine incidents are caused by human factors, so it is crucial to improve the crew’s overall quality for the improvement of maritime security. Therefore, it puts forward more requirements for the crew training management. By comparing the crew training mode in domestic and abroad, this article expects to find more suitable and efficient measurements applying in crew training mode, in order to reduce the incidents caused by human factors.This article, using unascertained comprehensive evaluation model, makes a comparison and analysis of crew training system in domestic and other countries. By using the Delphi method to identify indicators and using the Subjective and objective weighting method to determine the weight of each index, this article concludes the advantages and disadvantages in crew training and specifically puts forwards some reasonable suggestions.
