| With the development of international shipping market,the demand for international senior crew is increasing continuously.Even if the economic crisis in recent years,the shipping market is in a downturn,but the senior crew of the market did not drop,while the demand for senior seafarers in short supply.China is a big shipping country with a large population base and sufficient human resources.But facing the shortage of officers on international market,China's senior crew volume of assignments is very low.Therefore,the education of our crew is studied and reflected,and the education of the seafarers in China and the world's main seafaring countries is analyzed in order to find out the education method for the crew of China and more effective.It is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of China seafarers' international market,and to complete the transformation from shipping power to shipping power.This paper reviewed the history of education in our country and analyzed the education of our crew,and analyzed the education of the crew of several major navigation countries in the world.Through the analysis of the single index of education of the main seafaring countries and China,the evaluation indexes of education of the crew were determined based on the actual investigation and research analysis;By comparison with the single index factors affecting the quality of education and training,it is concluded that the crew education and training in our country and the world developed country navigation education difference,and the some advantages and disadvantages in the crew education and training;To expert questionnaires method is used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish mathematical model of assessment,through the mathematical model to calculate our country crew education training of the evaluation results;Finally,some reasonable and feasible improvement measures and suggestions are put forward. |
