A Study On Risk Mangement Of Yin Da Ru Qin Project

This paper discusses systematically the construction project risk management theory, and expounds a variety of risk factors of this project’s risk management through the analysis of the risk management research of the YIN DA RU QIN PROJECT. With the application of domestic and overseas risk management theories and the actual research findings of main part of the YIN DA RU QIN PROJECT, as well as the comprehensive information for reference of the YIN DA RU QIN PROJECT from the beginning of construction, this paper fully discusses the basic theory and method of the investment risk management of the project, comprehensive risk management approaches and the early and future engineering strategies before and after the implementation of the project. Based on the summary of the risk management experience, this paper will have an empirical research of the YIN DA RU QIN PROJECT.This paper falls into three chapters:the first chapter of the thesis is the introduction, this paper discusses the risk management of the research significance, research status at home and abroad, this article research train of thought and arrange chapters; Chapter ii construction project risk management theory research, from the theory of risk management analysis, risk identification, risk estimate and evaluation, risk management measures of risk control and other aspects, this paper expounds in detail the risk management theory. The third chapter focuses on introducing the YIN DA RU QIN PROJECT has carried on the empirical research on risk management of the project, the analysis of the main risk of the project, puts forward some countermeasures for risk, and puts forward Suggestions on the risk of project environmental impact.
