| Since the implementation of urban rail transportation equipment localization policy, Chinese urban rail vehicle localization have made brilliant achievements, domestic urban rail vehicles are constantly emerging, the capability of independent innovation are enhancing significantly. Across the country have set off the climax of urban rail transit construction domestic market demand for rail transportation equipment increased dramatically. To develop and promote a rail transport with independent controllable motion control systems is significant in seizing the commanding heights of key technology to rail transportation, forming the self-control technology systems, supporting to protect the localization of the core motion control system independently and sustain development.The article set forth the overall design of operation monitoring system on the rail transit through analyzing the demand for rail transport control systems, in accordance with the technical requirements of the rail transit field. The system use PC104embedded modules as core, use three take two redundant technology and real-time operating system VxWorks equipped with safety features. We design vehicle control unit and vehicle peripheral interface unit of transport control system, achieve data communication among the main control unit,the train cab display unit and train control room monitoring unit, complete the hardware and software development of transport control system. Paper gives a hardware structure and software flow chart, clarify function module implementation method.Through the moving vehicle tests at the scene rail lines organized by company, the car transport control system verify the reasonable of hardware and software structure, the reliability of system performance. The system have achieved the desired goals, and laid a certain foundation for autonomization and productization of rail transport vehicle motion control system. |
