Machinery manufacturing industry plays the important task of technical equipment to all sectors of the national economy,the economic benefits that each department of national economic production can obtain, largely depends on the mechanical manufacturing equipment quality, performance and reliability provided by.Therefore improving the mechanical manufacturing industry production and management level is very necessary. Machinery manufacturing industry is the discrete manufacturing industry, its characteristic is the product variety and small batch, machinery manufacturing enterprises in general is manpower intensive enterprise, automation level is relatively low, so the management of the production process is relatively complex, the production process often generates a large number of complex data report, rely on the traditional rely on manpower to fill in and management method already could not satisfy the mechanical manufacturing industry for the development of management requirements. In view of this phenomenon, the implementation of workshop production management digitization as the guiding ideology, the workshop manufacturing process management related theory and design method.
