At present, the construction industry has become one of the pillar industry of ournational economy, plays a vital role in the national economy. There is inherent attributeslike large scale, long cycle, large amount of investment, complicated influential factorsand so on in modern construction. Thus, the construction management is particularlyimportant. The project progress control also has a far-reaching influence inengineering construction. As a kind of planning management method, Network planningtechnology summed up modern science of management, after development of more thanhalf century, has formed a set of relatively complete schedule management mode. It isan effective tool to manage the project progress.In the long construction cycle, the construction environment and the process iscomplex and changeable, so it will certainly affect the construction engineering, andthese uncertain factors undoubtedly increased the difficulty of construction management.On the basis of the project management theory and network planning technology,wecombined with the actual situation of the project,established the uncertainty indicatorssystem which includes human, material, environment and other factors, four first-gradeindicators and20second-grade indexes. Besides, we analyzed and summarized potentialuncertainly indicators. Then we can calculate the construction schedule impact usingunascertained measure model and combined with the expert experience, acquireinfluence of duration of each uncertainty factors on construction process, so as todetermine the potential impact of the total construction schedule duration from theuncertainty indicators. Finally, this paper will put forward the control measures aboutuncertainty schedule risk, so as to ensure the completion of the project on schedule.This paper applies the unascertained measure theory to the actualengineering, closes to the modern construction, is workable and practical, has a certainvalue.
