Study On Schedule Control Of Certain Subway Station Project In H

As the development of economy and tourism in H, the traffic situation can’tmeet the demand of its development any more, the serious traffic jam slows it downto some extent, it is extremely urgent to solve this problem. The subway has a seriesof strengths, such as large transportation capacity, fast, on time, low fare,environmental; take up no space on the ground, so it is the prior choice to solve thetraffic and environment problem. However, as the subway construction starts late inour country, there is a lack of experience, it is inevitable that problems occurs in theprocess of the project.This thesis take a subway station in H as research object, it brings a lot oftroubles in the process of construction for the importance and specificity of thestation’s location, it is important to guarantee the construction period for this subject,this thesis focuses on researching the problems in schedule control frommulti-dimension, and give solutions to the problems and provide reference forproceeding smoothly.This thesis follows the path of raising, analyzing and solving questions, firstly,defines the concepts of project, project management, schedule management andschedule control, introduce relevant theories. And then introduce the details of thesubject on the basic of this, then it focuses on indicating tow problems in schedulecontrol of this project, the first one is delay in project schedule for restrictive factors,and the second one is pursuing construction period blindly(raising question).Thenanalyze the reasons of delay in project schedule from four aspects that are resource,risk source, mechanism, and quality (analyzing question), especially for the aspect ofquality, it adopts Fishbone diagram analysis to analyze the reasons which lead toquality problems, and combines the practical situation of this project to analyze theproblems in it which are the basic reasons lead to this problem; As for formalizedproject schedule plan, this thesis analyzes from two aspects, the first one is about thegrasp of relationship among schedule, quality and cost, the second one is the sense of duty of the whole construction team. At last, according to the problems and basicreasons, this thesis proposes improvement measures accordingly. It is of greatsignificance for reasonable schedule control and the guarantee of construction periodof this project.
