In this experiment, the mice as experimental subjects, supplemented with moldy diet, fed65d, determination the parameters of blood biochemical of liver and kidney function, analyzed the data, In order to reach the food will have effect on the function of liver and kidney in mice. The experimental methods were as follows:Made the horod naturally moldy15days under the room temperature, cut the mycelium, stained by methylene blue and directly detected under the microscope, contrasted its fungal hyphae and spore morphology, for preliminary species identification, after then cryopreservation of moldy horod for fed the mice. Choose84Kunming mice, healthy and clean, male of half, male and female were housed separately randomized. Each group, n=12. The experimental group fed by moldy horod and normal full price of rat food, control group fed by normal full price of rat food and normal horod, control group was fed ordinary full price rat food, adlibitum. The experimental group fed25,35,45,55,65days for processing, which corresponds grouped into group A, group B, group C, group D and group E. The control group and the blank control group were fed for65days for processing. The experimental results were as follows:Preliminary identification of the experiment, the horod was molded by aspergillus, and associated with yeast; Moldy horod did not have significant effect on liver function of mice in the experiment; In this study, the moldy horod did not have significant impact on blood glucose, serum protein, and WBC in mice; In this experiment, the moldy horod had1have significant effect on UR and Cr which in the serum in mice.
