Studies On Adaptability Of Seedless Grapes In Harbin Area

With the rapid development of the grape industry, seedless grapes that are delicious tasty,beautiful appearance and rich nutrition grow up year by year for market demand. Nowadays,culture technology of seedless breeding and high quality become a main research topic on grape.In his study, seedless grapes were as materials to confirm the adaptability of variety, effect ofhormone application and of bagging on growth, development and quality. The main results are asfollows:1. Evaluation research of introducing seedless grape in harbin area8grape cultivars of introducing in harbin were as materials to surveyed the Phonologicalphage, characteristics of growing and fruit-bearing, fruit economic characters and cold-resistance,disease-resistance. The results are that Centennial Seedless, Otilia Seedless and Summer Black aresuit to spread widely of cultivation in harbin, Flame seedless, Shafu seedless be use to specialcultivar planted, Dawn Seedless and Blush Seedless) be suit of microclimate area，CrimsonSeedless be planted in houseroom for big berry, high yield and late maturity.2.Effect of hormone application on berry growth and development（1）Fruit growth changes: there are double "s" berry growth curve and bigger berry inCentennial Seedless and Flame seedless under application of expanded agents. During thetwo-rapid growth period, Fruit longitudinal diameter rapidly grows in the early stage, and Fruittransverse diameter grows fast in later stage. Forevermore, there7days later-maturity and nochange on fruit size by expanded agents application.（2）Effect on fruit size and quality: there are obviously big fruit size and weigh of cluster,fruit stalk thick, and lower SSC，lower SSC/TC in cultivars of Otilia Seedless, Shafu seedless andFlame seedless after CPPU application。While there are big fruit size and high SSC, no changes onweigh of cluster, fruit stalk thick by American Qibao application.3. Effect of bagging on fruit qualityThe results showed that bagging greatly improving the fruit appearance quality, storage andcommodity rate, such as bright and clean appearance, powder uniform, bright color, no medicinespot in Centennial Seedless and Flame seedless. Forevermore, bagging significantly increased thevalue of the grape, effectively reduced the occurrence of the disease rate.
