This experiment utilize the Two-step Method in vitro and the digestible trails invivo to investigate nutritional evaluation of Helianthus tuberosus Meal on sheep, andit provide theoretical basis and practical reference to Helianthus tuberosus Meal onproduction.Exp.1: To determination the nutritional components of Helianthus tuberosusMeal.According to the methods writed by YangSheng.we detect the dry matter, thecrude proterin, the crude ash,the ether, the crude fiber, the nitrogen-free extract, theneutral detergent fiber, the acid detergent fiber, the calcium and the phosphorus ofHelianthus tuberosus Meal and its result was92.43%、12.98%、3.92%、0.81%、12.67%、62.05%、25.93%、21.44%、0.27%、0.20%.The results showed that Helianthustuberosus Meal dried crude protein content in sample was12.98%, crude fiber contentof12.67%, Helianthus tuberosus Meal dry crude protein content was14.04%, crudefiber content of dry substance is13.71%, Helianthus tuberosus Meal belongs to theenergy feed. With conventional energy feed in comparison, crude protein, crude fiber,Helianthus tuberosus Meal in nitrogen free extract, the content of calcium, aciddetergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber than other conventional energy feed used tohigh, neutral detergent fiber content is only less than rice and wheat bran, aciddetergent fiber and free extract nitrogen is only lower than wheat bran and rice bran, while the content of phosphorus than other commonly used energy diet should be low.Show that the nutritional value of Helianthus tuberosus Meal than some othercommonly used low energy feed.Exp.2:To determination the Helianthus tuberosus Meal of digest energy on thesheep.18Small Tail Han sheep was selects by the good body condition, weight about35kg of. March age size as test animal. The lamb is divided into3treatment groups,6rats in each group, each for a repeat. The test includes15d for the preliminary feedingperiod, and60d for feeding period. Using single factor randomized block design, thedesign of3dietary treatment. TreatmentⅠfor8%Helianthus tuberosus Meal basaldiet, treatment Ⅱ for Helianthus tuberosus Meal instead of15%basal diet (dry basis), treatment I II with Helianthus tuberosus Meal instead of30%basal diet (dry basis). After the test, determine the treatment groups lamb body weight, body length, bodyheight, chest circumference index. Treatment groupⅠweight, body length, bodyheight, chest circumference were35.31kg,67.02cm,65.25cm,80.48cm; treatmentgroup Ⅱ body weight, body length, body height, chest circumference were36.24kg,71.92cm,63.63cm,81.57cm; treatment group body weight, body length, bodyheight, chest circumference were59.82kg,64.75cm,59.82cm,80.18cm. The resultsshow that adding in weaned lamb diets in Helianthus tuberosus Meal on lamb weight, body height varies little, compared with the existing experimental data showed nosignificant difference (P>0.05); and a greater impact on the lamb body length, chestcircumference, has a certain role, and the existing test data than the significantdifference (P<0.05); stem digestibility, organic matter digestibility, nitrogendigestibility, acid detergent fiber digestibility, neutral detergent fiber digestibility, digestive rate of calcium, phosphorus digestibility were not significantly differentbetween the groups (P>0.05). A variety of Helianthus tuberosus Meal nutrientsdigestibility on Sheep were Dry Matter Digestibility of61.35%,67.07%,63.27%, therate of nitrogen to digest organic matter digestibility was46.70%, the rate of neutraldetergent fiber digestion rate of46.65%, acid detergent fiber digestion rate of24.40%,33.96%of calcium phosphorus digestibility, digestible energy13.22MJ/kg.
