Lycium Barbarum L. is the important economic plant resources as foods andmedicines and traditional exports of agricultural products in China. Lycium Barbarum L.is a perennial and deciduous shrub.It is cultivated and manicured to dungarunga, and isa plant of various economic character,and belongs to the crop of large fertilizerrequirement.Due to growth in the same place for many years,it absorbs a large numberof nutrients from the soil every year.Soil nutrition status directly influence the yield andquality. So the nutrient element is provided for the growth and development of trees byusing microbial organic fertilizer in time. Microbial organic fertilizer constantlyimproves the physical and chemical properties in soil, and photosynthetic capacity ofthe plant.It makes Lycium Barbarum L.reaching the best effect of high yield and highquality.The study adopted randomized block experiment design to the object of5years inLycium Barbarum L‘.Ning Qi No1’ in Gansu Jingtai Yujie Agricultural Products Co.,LTD. It was desiged four treatments on fertilizing amount level of humic acidbiochemical compound fertilize(applying1kg、2kg、3kg、4kg per plant), one level oftreatment on fertilizing for biogas slurry (applying1L per plant), and one level oftreatment on fertilizing for TM microbial organic fertilizer(applying1kg per plant). Itmeasured the variation on Chlorophyll Fluorescence fluorescenceparameter,growth,yield quality, soil nutrient, and then searching proper fertilizerdosages of humic acid biochemical compound fertilize and type of fertilizer are suitablefor the growth of Lycium Barbarum L. It was on the practicing direction of studyingphysiological ecological characteristics and improving the efficiency of thecultivation.The results showed that:(1) The application of biological humic acid compound fertilizer can improvechlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Lycium Barbarum L. leaf, such as PSⅡmaximalphotochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm),PSⅡ potential liveness (Fv/Fo), relativeconcentrations electronic transmission rate(ETR), quantum yield of PSⅡlinear electron (Yield Ⅱ), but significantly reduce reduce non-photochemical quenching(NPQ), and further increase photosynthetic productivity; Second, application ofhumic acid and biochemical compound fertilizer is advantageous to the growth ofLycium Barbarum L., and increase plant height, crown diameter, ground diameter andgrowth of new shoots of Lycium Barbarum L. more than ordinary fertilizer CK (sheepdung). With the increase of fertilizer, it showed a trend of decrease after increase, andcan improve production value per plant of Lycium Barbarum L. and netincome.Especially after the3kg of this fertilizer, net income reached as high as¥34.46per plant. Amplification is58.44%.(2)Using humic acid and biological compound fertilizer not only can improvel00-seed weight of Lycium Barbarum L. and content of effective constituent of LyciumBarbarum L.(The content of Lycium Barbarum L. polysaccharide, total sugar,carotenoids, flavonoids and betaine content increased significantly.), but also canimprove soil physicochemical properties and increase soil fertility.But when thedosages of fertilizer was more than4kg, the content of polysaccharide, carotenoids andbetaine were reduced. In a word, the effect of medium and large dosages of humic acidbiological compound fertilizer is best for the yield and quality of Lycium Barbarum L.and ecological environment in soil.(3)Using TM microbial organic fertilizer can improve Photosynthetic utilizationand ability of luminous energy transforming of Lycium Barbarum L..It can improvechlorophyll fluorescence parameters than the same dosages of humic acid compoundfertilizer and biogas slurry. Two kinds of microbial organic fertilizer and biogas slurrycan improve inordinately growth rate of plant height, crown breadth, ground diameterand growth of new shoots, and the effect of TM microbial organic fertilizer is betterthan humic acid compound fertilizer. Secondly, two kinds of microbial organic fertilizerand biogas slurry has certain effects on the economic benefits of plant. the applicationof1kg TM microbial organic fertilizer has larger influence on the level of income, butthe dosages of two kinds of microbial organic fertilizer and biogas slurry hasunconspicuous effects on dried fruit100-seed weight of Lycium Barbarum L..It may be the less dosages of fertilizer.(4)Different fertilizer can increase differently inclusion content of LyciumBarbarum L..In addition to the carotenoids, polysaccharide, total sugar, flavonoids andbetaine content were shown that1kg TM microbial organic fertilize increasing rangewas best. In addition, two kinds of microbial organic fertilizer and biogas slurry canimprove the total amount of nutrient and available nutrients in the soil. Overall, TMmicrobial organic fertilizer is more suitable for the growth of Lycium Barbarum L..
