Water is essential for the survival of all living things, as well as an important material for industry, agriculture, economic and environmental improvement. However agricultural need a lot of water resourse, consumption accounts about70%of the country’s total water use. On one hand,Agricultural irrigation lack of water resourse, on the other hand, water resourse waste a lot. The current agricultural water utilization rate is only about0.4. While developed countries irrigation water utilization rate as high as0.7~0.8. Our country unilaterally water grain production capacity of only1kg, and the advanced countries, has been for more than2kg, agricultural water-saving potential is tremendous.Through the analysis of the present situation of water saving irrigation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current irrigation methods, types and summary. Pointed out that there exist many problems, and puts forward some solution. Expounds the connotation of water-saving irrigation technique, to determine the selection principles of agricultural water-saving irrigation measures and standard, and points out the factors influencing the water saving irrigation technology of choice, for later provides effective evidence for the selection of water saving irrigation methods.Taking modern research and development base in sichuan agricultural university as an engineering example, the influencing factors of agricultural water-saving irrigation can be divided into natural factors, technical factors, economic factors, social factors, management factors, agricultural and ecological environment of seven factors, each factor and multiple sub segment, a total of36is a factor, and summarizing, it USES the fuzzy mathematics method and expert evaluation method will be various factors in the standardization and the homogenization processing, determine the weight of each factor, on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process to establish mathematical model, calculate the target layers of the total order, to determine the most effective agricultural water-saving irrigation scheme.
