Study On Harvest Time Optimization Of Flue-cured Tobacco In Yunnan Shizong

This project is based on my years of work, through two years field experiments, to study the changes in the upper, middle and lower leaves in different harvest period of Botany change and maturation in leaf weight, lutein, carotene, main chemical components and aroma components, the appearance quality and sensory quality evaluation of modulation tobacco, optimization of different parts of Yunnan Shizong tobacco suitable harvest standard and time.Research shows that, the suitable harvest time is in the lower leaves after topping23days, or95days after transplanting. Lower leaves harvest field mature standard is:leaf color is green and yellow, the stem leaf angle of about60°, hair loss, white tip main, branch, leaf tip droop, allow incomplete, appear a little spot. The optimal harvest time is in middle leaves after topping41days, or113days after transplanting. The central tobacco harvest field mature standard is:leaf color is yellow, leaf angle of about75°, hairs off completely, the main, branch hoar, tip droop, mature spot obvious. The optimal harvest time of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco is after topping45days, or117days after transplanting. Upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco harvest field mature standard is:leaf color is green and yellow, the stem leaf angle of nearly90degrees, hair loss, white tip main, branch, leaf tip droop, a little spot, leaf bubble change from green to yellow.Research also shows that:the lower leaf maturity increased, mainly improve the aroma quality and overall quality, reduce the mixed gas of tobacco, but the effects on improving the aroma and taste are not obvious, irritation of tobacco leaves no improvement. Middle leaf maturity increased, mainly improve the aroma quality and overall quality, reduce tobacco impurity gas, improve tobacco aftertaste, but contributed little to the volume of aroma, no effects on improving tobacco stimulation. To some extent, improve the upper leaf maturity, can significantly improve the aroma quality and improve tobacco aftertaste, small increase aroma quantity and reduce the tobacco odor, but the upper leaves after harvest, the aroma quality was the deterioration trend, aroma quantity will be significantly reduced, the mixed gas is heavy, finish will not be comfortable.
