Clinical Study On Ascending The Clear And Descending The Turbid And Resuscitation To Cure Nervous Tinnitus

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on using ascending the clear and descendingthe turbid and resuscitation method to treat nervous tinnitus, using selectedemphasizes the Du meridian, spleen and stomach meridian acupoint and moxibustion,and set up the control group do the clinical observation of therapeutic effect, provide areliable basis for clinical selection of the best treatment scheme.Method：The cases were divided into treatment group and control group by a methodof random number table,30cases each group. The treatment group was treated withascending the clear and descending the turbid and resuscitation acupuncture therapy,while the control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets, Ginkgo biloba andFlunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules for treatment. To observe the efficacy after threecourses, and then analyzed the data statistically.Results:(1) After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%.The control group total effective rate was63.33%.There was remarkabledifference in two groups after the treatment (P<0.05) compared.(2) The total symptom score between the treatment group and the control groupbefore treatment, no significant difference (P＞0.05), with comparable. The twogroups after and before treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01) in totalsymptom score. Comparison of the total symptom score after treatment in the twogroups, there was significant difference (P<0.05).(3) Evaluation and grading the severity of tinnitus, the symptom score of twogroups before treatment, there was no significant difference (P＞0.05). The symptom score before and after treatment in two groups, there were significant differences (P＜0.01). Comparison of the two groups after treatment the symptom integral, theenvironment of tinnitus, tinnitus duration, influence on the life and work, and theoverall feeling of tinnitus, no significant difference (P＞0.05), and the effect on sleepand the effects on mood, there was significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that there were significant differences and effect withthe comparison of curative and the age group and loudness classification and severityclassification. The control group of course of disease and curative effect hadsignificant difference. The course of disease, age, loudness classification and severityclassification and severity classification on curative effect obviously affect. Thetreatment group and the control group has a therapeutic effect on nervous tinnitus, butthe total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the controlgroup, and can improve the influence of tinnitus on sleep and mood. The treatmentgroup can better reduce the total symptom score. Therefore, the ascending the clearand descending the turbid and resuscitation method has a certain curative effect. Thismethod is worth to be popularized.
