Ascending The Clear And Descending The Turbid Method Combined With Metformin In The Treatment Of T2DM Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: Observation of ascending the clear and descending the turbid method combined with metformin in the treatment of early stage of type 2 diabetes, clinical curative effect card is endoretention of damp heat, reduce and delay the complications and provide more effective treatment plans for early intervention.Methods: 60 patients were newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus is endoretention of damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases, combined with own Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction) and control group(30 cases, basic treatment group), observed the two groups before and after treatment in patients with glucose tolerance test, insulin and C peptide release test, blood lipid the clinical symptoms, signs and.Results: The time of blood glucose target of the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05). The comparison among groups after therapy: glycosylated hemoglobin, the treatment group was lower than control group(P>0.05); glucose tolerance test, fasting and postprandial 1H treatment group than in control group significantly decreased(P<0.05), the residual time of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05); C peptide release test, the treatment group than the control group in the fasting and postprandial 1H release increased(P < 0.05), postprandial 2h, 3h had no significant difference(P > 0.05); insulin release test, the 1H treatment group than in the control group, the insulin release increased significantly over time; the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05); pancreatic beta cells function, the treatment group than the control group improved significantly(P < 0.05); improve the clinical symptoms and signs, treatment group than the control group, the effect more significantly(P < 0.01). No adverse effect was found during the clinical trial.Conclusion: Ascending the clear and descending the turbid method combined with metformin in the restoration of islet beta cell function, improve blood glucose and lipids have obvious clinical curative effect, better than the control group, and the safety is good.
