Clinical Observation Of Ascending The Clear And Descending The Turbid Method In Treating Tinnitus

Objective:Due to the complex etiology of tinnitus,therefore,pat ients who face tinnitus clinically are difficult to quickly and accu rately identify the specific causes of tinnitus,it is also difficult to treat the cause of the disease.My tutor has a profound knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,she has been engaged in traditiona l Chinese medicine for many years,accumulated a great deal of clinic al experience,and has a unique view of the treatment of tinnitus.On the basis of a large number of clinical studies,concluded that altho ugh the pathogenesis of tinnitus many,but in the end,the total gene ra will due to the clear is not ascending,and the turbid is not des cending.The method of ascending clear and descending turbid is used in this study,use my tutor?s experience prescription of Stop tinni tus lifting soup in the treatment of tinnitus,observe the clinical curative effect,to further proof that the cause of tinnitus is not a scending clear and not desending turbid,the feasibility of treating tinnitus by ascending clear and descending turbid and its near and l ong term effect,and open up new ideas and methods for clinical diagn osis and treatment of tinnitus.Methods:Selected 60 patients of tinnitus,who conformed to the s tandard of research and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 people in each group.The treatment group was given th e addition and subtraction of Stop tinnitus lifting soup,Water fryi ng take a daily agent.While the control group took Vincamine Sus tained Release Capsules,1 grain po Bid;MeCobalamin Tablets,1 grain p o Tid.Two groups of treatment are 28 days.During treatment,the clin ical symptoms of both groups were closely observed and recorded.Afte r the treatment of a course of treatment,the data obtained used SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis,If P<0.05 then there is a st atistical difference,If P <0.01 then there is a significant differen ce.Results:Tinnitus symptoms after treatment clinical total efficie ncy is that,the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 60%.The treatment results of both groups were shown by the statistica l software,P<0.05,there is a statistical difference.The method of tr eatment group is better.The total score of the degree of tinnitus in the treatment group was 53.07±14.75 before treatment,35.00±20.78 after treatment;The degree of tinnitus in the control group was 52.27±12.39 before treatment and 47.53±12.93 after treatment.Conclusion:Using the method of ascending clear and descending tu rbid,Stop tinnitus lifting soup can obviously improve the symptoms of the patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression tinnitus,improve the quality of life of patients,and Improve the upset,anxiet y,insomnia,depression and other symptoms caused due to tinnitus.Th e methods has a good clinical efficacy.The key to the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression type tinnitus is to asend cle ar and descend turbid.Clinically worthy of admired and further in-de pth study.
