| Objectives: To compare traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine groupbefore and after treatment symptoms signs and efficacy differences,the significance ofidentifying diseases dialectical theory for this disease, to evaluate the clinical efficacy andsafety. Methods: The study collected60cases of Sjogren’s syndrome patients wererandomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine,Chinese medicinegroup identified disease syndrome square,western medicine group hydroxychloroquine,prednisone, after12weeks of use SPSS1:1quantitative Points16.0pairs of two groupsof clinical symptoms, laboratory parameters, safety indicators and adverse eventsanalysis,scientific and objective evaluation of Chinese medicine treatment of Sjogren’ssyndrome efficacy and safety. Results:1between the two groups before treatment,laboratory parameters, symptoms and signs, gender, age and disease duration were notstatistically different (P＞0.05), comparable;2after treatment, the two groups inSjogren’s syndrome treatment efficiency was not statistically significant (P＞0.05) wasstatistically significant (P＜0.05) in the total credit comparison, traditional Chinesemedicine group is better than western medicine group; compared with before treatment,two sets of quantitative integration of the clinical symptoms, laboratory laboratoryexamination indicators than before treatment significantly improved (P＜0.01); toimprove the proportion of the two groups in clinical symptoms quantitative score of fatiguewas statistically significant (P＜0.05), traditional Chinese medicine group was better thanwestern medicine group. Chinese Medicines incidence of adverse reactions wassignificantly lower than western medicine group. Conclusion: With disease and syndrome combined with ideas for treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome has exact curative effect andbetter safety, proves the idea combined disease and the rationality of the treatment ofSjogren’s syndrome. |
