Objective:This research mainly adopts the method of immunohistochemicalto study the expression of DC-SIGN+DCs in human decidua and pregnantfallopian tube, in order to explore the effect of mifepristone which can affectProgesterone function on pregnancy immune. This research can help us futherundersrand the mechanism of pregnancy immune. Methods: from January2013to January2014in our hospital,collecting30outpatients who have had abortions and inpatients who have had fallopian tubeoperations.10cases who have taken a box of mifepristone, then did surgerycurettage when incomplete drug abortion have occured.10cases who have takentwo boxes of mifepristone, then did surgery curettage when incomplete drugabortion have occured.10inpatients who have had fallopian tube operations cuttubals. Compared the expression of DC-SIGN+DCs in decidua and tubal.8artificial abortion cases and10normal salpingectomy cases as control.Results:1.The the expression of DC-SIGN+DCs in human decidua who havetaken mifepristone for medicine abortion was significantly lower than controlgroup (p<0.05),10cases who have taken a box of mifepristone compared with10cases who have taken a box of mifepristone, there was no statistically significantdifference.2. The expression of DC-SIGN+DCs in pregnant fallopian tube was notobservably different from normal fallopian tube.Conclusions:1. Progesterone can collect more DC-SIGN+dendritic cells in maternal-fetal immune interface to maintain the maternal-fetal immunetolerance.affecting effect of progesterone, mifepristone make the number of DC-SIGN+dendritic cells decrease and lead to abortion.2. Few DC-SIGN+DCs causemiscarriage, because there is no enough progesterone in pregnant fallopian tube.
