Clinical Study On The Effect Of DANHONG Injection In The Prevention Of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of DANHONG injection with the low dose of the low molecular weight heparin calcium preventing of the deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after total knee arthroplasty(TKA),its purpose is to analyse the clinical curative effect and safety of DANHONG injection in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty,reduce the low molecular weight heparin dosage and its side effects.It is the purpose of the clinical provides the basis for further promotion.Methods:58patients considering TKA were randomly divided into3groups,18cases in the West medicine group A,20cases in the Chinese and West medicine group B,and20cases in the low dose Chinese and West medicine group C.The patients in group A were administrated with hypodermic injection of4100U low molecular weight heparin calcium injection,the patients in group B were administrated with hypodermic injection of4100U low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with intravenous drip of DANHONG injection(20ml DANHONG injection combined with250ml normal saline),while the patients in group C were administrated with hypodermic injection of2000U low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with intravenous drip of DANHONG injection (20ml DANHONG injection combined with250ml normal saline).Three groups of patients were admitted to checktion in the hospital,All patients were completed by the same treatment during perioperative period.Such parameters were observed and compared between the3groups post operative drainage after the operation,the five items of blood coagulation, the leg circumferences difference compare with normal,pain,ecchymotic area,lower extremity venous line color Doppler ultrasound to determine whether the deep venous thrombosis occurs,etc. All data were applied for statistical analysis with Spssl7.0statistical softwareResults:B and C group were significantly less than A group in the blood loss after the operation,it had significant difference by statistical analysis,the B group was no significantly less than C group,there was no significant difference by statistical analysis. B and C group were significantly less A group in the leg circumferences difference, pain,ecch-ym otic area after the operation,it had significant difference by statistical analysis, the B group was no significantly less than the C group,there was no significant difference by statistical analysis.B and C group were significantly less than the A group in the five items of blood coagulation during perioperative period,it had significant difference by statistical analysis,the B group was no significantly less than the C group,there was no significant difference by statistical analysis.According to the diagno-stic criteria of deep venous thrombosis,11patients of all cases postoperative occurred deep vein thrombosis, which in the affected limb, the rate was19.0%.7cases in A group, the incidence rate was38.9%,2cases in B group,the incidence rate10.0%,2cases in C group,the incidence rate10.0%;The incidence rate of deep venous thrombosis in A group compared with B and C group was significant difference by statistical analysis,which was no significant difference between B group and C group by statistical analysis.All cases did not appear PTE and death.When patients were admitted to hospital with the test results of liver and kidney function of three groups between admitted to hospital and postoperative was no significant difference.3groups of patients did not occur adverse reaction. Conclusion:DANHONG injection with the low dose of the low molecular weight can improve blood coagulation and have significant antithrombotic effect,which can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after total knee arthroplasty.It also can significantly decrease the blood loss after the operation,while may reduce the leg of pain,ecchymotic area,circumferences.They both had not adverse reactions. DANHONG injection is a safe and effective treatment of osteoarthritis of the deep venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty,combined with low dose of the low molecular weight can significantly reduce the formation of lower extremity deep after total knee arthroplasty venous thrombosis,reduce the side effects of low molecular weight heparin, improve the quality of life of patients.
