In the21st century, the globalization of world ecomony is getting more obvious, the cultural industry competition become an important part of competition in nationalpower. In this era background, the cultural industry strategic position has been moreand more attention from various countries in the world. Cultivating and developingnational cultural industry is an important task in front of us.Since reform and openingup, cultural industry have a great development, but due to start later, the overall levelof cultural industry is behindhand, compared with the developed countries have awide gap.This article through to our cultural industry development present situationanalysis, strive to find problems in the gap, from the theoretical level for our culturalindustry policy formulation puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly explain the researchbackground and significance of the article, introduces the ideas and methods ofwriting.The second part is system studies of cultural industry the basic conceptions, explain the cultural industry concept, characteristics, development conditions andeffect.the third part, the paper reviews the development of cultural industry of thecourse, and elaborated on china’s culture industry development get the fruition andproblems.the fourth part from the view of globalization, analyzed the competitivenessof our cultural industry level, and through the comparative study, introduced thesuccessful experience of advanced countries in the competitiveness of culturalindustry.the fifth part based on the actual conditions in our country, puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions for the development of cultural industry.
