The Research On The Development Of Beijing Film And Television Industries

More and more governments in the world are taking film and television industryas a key development industry in this century and trying their best to build it into apillar industry.For it is a cultural creative core industry with high technology content,high added value, low resource consumption and little environmental pollution. In thewestern countries represented by the United States, the film and television industryhas formed the industrial operating pattern specification. In recent years, China’s filmand television industry has got rapidly developed, and what’s more,the phenomenonof geographical agglomeration becomes more and more obviously. But because ofvarious of reasons, China’s film and television industry’s agglomeration and its effectstill has a long way to go when compares with the western film and televisionindustry’s agglomeration effects.Beijing and somewhere else have not establishedstandard video gathering, so making a research on the current situation,formationmechanism and accumulative effect of China’s film industry have importanttheoretical and practical significance.In this paper, according to the related theory of industry cluster, based on theempirical data analysis of Beijing film and television industry agglomeration degree,formation mechanism and the effect produced, development status of Beijing film andtelevision industry, the formation mechanism and the agglomeration effect theory andempirical analysis, this paper has concluded the following points according to theindustry’s study and innovation research.Firstly,this paper analyzes formation mechanism and effect of industry clusterand the connotation and the feature of film industry. Secondly,the film and television industry’s agglomeration in China is analyzed,and this paper makes an argument on the importance and the developmentopportunities of Beijing’s film industry.Thirdly,it makes a measurement about the cluster development status and thedegree of agglomeration of the film and television industy of Beijing.And thenquantifies the formation mechanism of it.Then,this paper makes an empirical research on the situation of the film andtelevision industry’s agglomeration effect of Beijing.Last but one,based on the analysis above,it makes a conclusion that the degree ofagglomeration of the film and television of Beijing is low and unconspicuous whichneed to be enhanced.Finally,the biggest lightspot and innovation of this paper is making a normativeanalysis and empirical research to the film and TV of Beijing based on the view ofindustry cluster.
