The economic globalization accelerates transfer and diffusion of the capital,personnel,information and other elements in the global scope,formats segmentation production and agglomeration in global production network,and then into a global competition.In this background,creativity and innovation as the core of cultural creative industry,have become an important symbol to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the country and city.China culture creative industry has also been on the national strategic level,a number of creative industrial agglomeration areas emerged in many cities.But because of blind investment,repeat construction,simple cluster,a lot of cultural creative industry agglomeration areas present the phenomenon of either idle for years,or agglomeration not cultural creative industry.What's more,it is common that the model of manufacturing agglomeration development is used to cultural creative industries.However,Industrial properties are different,are there some difference between the drive mechanism of the culture creative industry agglomeration and the traditional manufacturing industry agglomeration?If not consistent,what are the key driving factors of cultural creative industry agglomeration?How the key driving factor influence China culture creative industry agglomeration?Based on the above issues,this thesis logically first broke the previous cultural creative industry as a whole research practice,deviding cultural creative industry into cultural products manufacturing industry and cultural creative services industry.Because of the similar agglomeration mechanism of cultural products manufacturing industry and traditional manufacturing industry,this thesis mainly analyzed the agglomeration mechanism of cultural creative services industry in the framework of global production networks,constructed the theory model of cultural creative services industry production and agglomeration.Based on the theory model,the agglomeration degree of China's cultural creative services and cultural products manufacturing industry are compared and analyzed.Then this thesis put forward the theoretical hypothesis of culture creative service industry agglomeration,and carried on empirical examination.If study starting point is the construction of theoretical framework of cultural creative industry agglomeration from the perspective of global production networks,then the research focus of this thesis is to explore the trapping effect of global production networks on the cultural creative industry agglomeration,improve the innovation performance of enterprises in cultural creative industry agglomeration areas through local social networks,and enhance the local embeddedness of cultural creative industry agglomeration.The ultimate goal of this research is to realize the coupling coordinated development of cultural creative industry agglomeration and city,improve the competitiveness of the city.In this paper,around the cultural creative industry agglomeration mechanism,innovation performance and city development,the following conclusions can be obtained:First,creative talent is the most critical factor of cultural creative industry agglomeration in the global production network.The agglomeration mechanisms of cultural creative industries,should turn to the agglomeration based on social network between creative talents,from the agglomeration based on production network between traditional manufacturing enterprises.Second,to enhance local embeddedness of cultural creative industry agglomeration is an effective way to get rid of the global production network capture effect,from the local social network perspective.And it can realize the coordinated development of the local social networks and the global production network,through the local social networks to improve innovation performance of cultural creative industry cluster enterprise.Third,it need coupling interaction between cultural creative industry agglomeration and city development,in the situation of cultural creative industry agglomeration hierarchical division.Cultural creative service industry agglomeration can couple the high level of cultural economic city,and cultural products manufacturing industry agglomeration can couple the low level of cultural economic city.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,it devided cultural creative industries into cultural creative service industry and cultural products manufacturing industry,then distinguished the agglomeration mechanism between them,breaking the previous cultural creative industry as a whole research practice.Second,it constructed the "production network" and "social network" logic analysis framework from the global production network and local social network perspective,and broken the existing literature mainly analyzing cultural creative industry cluster from industrial chain perspective.Third,this paper not only studied from regional level and industry level,but also explored the micro foundation of cultural creative industry agglomeration from the local social network perspective..To sum up,in this paper,based on the industry characteristics of cultural creative industry,carried on the agglomeration mechanism,innovation performance and urban development.It reexamined the cultural creative industry agglomeration mechanism from theoretical view,also put forward policy recommendations from the practical level.This may help to promote the sustainable development of China's cultural creative industry agglomeration,providing some new policy ideas and intellectual support.
