Discussion Of Jiao Zhi Province Treasure Minister,Huang Fu

Huang fu was an official, as which he had worked for more than fifty years in early Qing dynasty. He had hold the post of many important functionaries, such as the assistant minister of the Ministry of Works:the minister of the Ministry of Works, the Ministry of Punishments, the Ministry of Revenue. In1406he was appointed as the Province Treasure Minister and the minister of the Ministry of criminal judges of Jiao Zhi in minister capacity, where he had. tried as hard as he can with a strong sense of responsibility, took a serious of steps in the matter of politics, economy and culture in the interest of Jiao Zhi under extremely arduous and peculiar circumstances over18years. Thus, the domination of Jiao Zhi by Ming dynasty was strengthened, the economic development was furthered. and the communication between Jiao Zhi and the mainland of Ming dynasty was advanced. All of the achievements above relate closely with Huang fu himself. who brought the prosperity through his excellent statesmanship. His contribution not only was highly eulogized by his contemporaries and the later generations, but also strengthened the historic relationship between Sino-Vietnamese relations.
