China and Vietnam have a close relationship in history. Contacts and exchanges in the cultural language in Vietnam has left its mark. According to historical records, the relationship between Vietnam and China began from 2nd and 3rd century BC. Qin and Han dynasties, Chinese and Kanji formally introduced to Vietnam. Half of the 19 th century, Vietnamese and Chinese contact has experienced two thousand years history, Vietnamese also absorb a lot of Chinese words, they are Vietnamese accepted after the change, become more crystallized verbal communication- Sino Vietnamese words.Vietnamese and Chinese in terms of pronunciation, grammar has many things in common. Plus Sino Vietnamese words accounted for more than 60% of the total Vietnamese vocabulary, so that the two languages have more similarities, this feature makes the Vietnamese students to learn Chinese because of the impact when the Vietnamese native and has a particularly positive migration advantage. However, due to Chinese and Vietnamese, the two languages in different social environment, economic and cultural conditions of the formation and development of the back and both also have a lot of different characteristics. Besides, Chinese and Vietnamese are two different languages. Some scholars have attributed the Vietnamese Sino-Tibetan languages, but in fact, belong to the Austro- Asiatic Vietnamese, namely the Flemish(ti?ng M??ng) is the same language system(the Flemish-ti?ng Vi?t M??ng), which belong to the Han Chinese Tibetan so they have their own systemic characteristics. Vietnamese students in learning Chinese, if do not understand the similarities and differences between the two languages, often due to Negative impact of early migration out of the variety of wrong sentences. This phenomenon will give Chinese vocabulary teaching and learning caused some difficulties. If mastered Chinese and Vietnamese relations between words and Chinese words, then, in the study can help students improve memory, translation work played an important role.20th century in 1986, the Vietnamese government to reform and opening up policy. In the era of economic globalization and cultural exchanges between countries more frequently, has promoted the rapid development of human society. In this context, China and Vietnam established friendly relations between the two countries, from the Chinese increasingly popular in Vietnam, Vietnam’s Foreign Language Center University opened a lot of Chinese classes per year. Since visible, comparative analysis of Chinese and Vietnamese in Vietnam attaches great importance to the problem of language researchers. In this paper, the Chinese word for Chinese words and corresponding comparative analysis of the similarities and differences, through comparative analysis, found that when Sino- Vietnamese word for Vietnamese students will be learning Chinese what impact, and make some of their measures and methods.This thesis includes the main contents of the column under:1.Simple introduction of the concept of the word in Chinese and Vietnamese, Sino-Vietnamese word formation and development in Vietnam, while a little more to talk about Chinese word the role and status in Vietnamese.2. Sino- Vietnamese words and corresponding word in Chinese and Vietnamese were analyzed. Find out from the aspect of semantics, pronunciation, grammar and pragmatics both similarities and differences.3. The difference between the Sino- Vietnamese words and Chinese words at the Chinese and Vietnamese word species to explore bias reasons, and proposed his own point of view.
