A Summary Of Vocabulary-teaching In Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language

The article means to explain that vocabulary teaching plays an important role inimproving students’ language proficiency, no matter reading or expressing. But on theother hand, whether in Chinese education or teaching Chinese as a foreign language, thevocabulary teaching has not gotten sufficient attention in academics or practical, whichcaused some difficulties in Chinese teaching and learning.In recent years, some research valuable which focus on Teaching Chinese as aforeign language have emerged with the developing of study for Chinese internationaleducation. Based on the current situation of vocabulary teaching in TCFL, the articlemeans to explain how important of vocabulary teaching from the TCFL. Then based onthe research results, the article analyzed the TCFL from three levels. The article try tosummarize the existing research results and try to make the pros and cons, hoping toplay such a role in improving teaching practice and theory research on TCFL.
